School Overview

Henderson High School is a co-educational secondary school catering for students from Year 9 to Year 13. Cashmere High School provides a varied, world class high school education. The school's continuing modernisation programme provides students with ever improving facilities. The school boasts an architecturally designed Administration building together with a spacious entranceway with plenty of parking. The ongoing school enhancement project includes an upgraded swimming pool and gymnasium.A major renovation programme is underway, which will provide improved, well-resourced classrooms and specialist facilities.

Henderson High School is located in the west of Auckland, New Zealand's largest city with a population of one million people.

We are very close to the beautiful West Coast, surrounded by the sea, forests and mountains, yet still within the city area. We are lucky to be in such a magnificent area. The weather here is very comfortable, not too cold in the winter, and not too humid in the summer.
